SortIQ — The right board in the right bin.

SortIQ controls, monitors and follows up the sorting in your sawmill. It runs green sorting, dry sorting and planing lines from one interface: sorting programs and instructions are sent directly to the line's PLC, while production, machine status and alarms are registered in real time.

A browser is enough. Adding a station is easy, and the reports come out straight from an office computer.
Several run orders at once, and several sort tables in one run order.
Classes you reuse. Dimension, length, quality and bin sorting are defined once — fix it in one place, not in every sort.
The network can drop. The boards buffer in the PLC and are read back automatically on reconnect — with no line stop.
Every board has an ID. A board stays traceable long after it left the line — invaluable when a complaint lands.
Stop time you can act on. Every stop is classified by reason and OEE type, and becomes the foundation for full OEE.
Runs on-site. SortIQ is installed on a server at the mill and runs on your own network, with no dependency on an internet connection.

With Xylon the possibility to automatically or manually merge small packages, simply handle editing and handle sort change exist.

Automatic package information involves package queue from sorting information to the stacker, press/strapping, wrapping and bolster.

Xylon Remote is an Android app that allows manual driving of industrial equipment running Xylon from a modern, universal platform. It gives noticeably faster access to manual driving and a more efficient workflow.

Safe and familiar

Xylon Remote keeps the same safety standards as the equipment it replaces. The app tells you when it is connected to and disconnected from a Xylon server, and locks its functions if a connection error occurs.

The interface is clear, responsive and easy to learn. Even a first-time user is up and running in no time.

Xylon Remote runs on any Android device and is delivered on a rugged CAT phone. The phone is fast, scratch-resistant, dust- and waterproof, and fits easily in your pocket.

Simple support and troubleshooting

The Android ecosystem makes support and troubleshooting straightforward. Our administrator panel lets us make quick changes to the appearance of the app whenever that is needed.
